ELLiOTT FOR APPROVAL OF <br />A REZONE FILE NO: Rezone /t1-81 <br />RECCMMENDATION: The application of Richard W. Elliott should be granted <br />subject to the conditions listed. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Richard W.
