The rezone of the subject property to B-1 will most adequately reflect the <br />needs of the community and surrounding neighborhoods. <br />RECOb1MENDATION <br />Using the above findings and conclusions as the basis of the recommendation, the <br />recommendation of the Hearing Exarniner to the Everett City Council is for <br />approval of a rezone of the property located at 6629 Beverly Boulevard, Everett, <br />Washington, and as described in the inrroduction to this document. This rezone of <br />the said property should be from R-1, Single-Family Low Density Residential and <br />R-3, Multiple-Family Low Density Resictential to B-1, Neighborhood Shopping Zone. <br />This rezone should be subject to the following conditions: <br />Thatlandscaping be provided in accordance with Section 19.42.U30, A and B <br />Everett Municipal Code. <br />2. That a spe,=ific landscaping plan be submitted to and approved by the <br />Planning Department. This plan shall indicate types of plantings, spacing of <br />plantings, size of plant material at time of installation and the general <br />location of these plantings on a site plan. <br />3.
