RECOb1MENDATION Using the above findings and conclusions as the basis of the recommendation, the recommendation of the Hearing Exarniner to the Everett City Council is for approval of a rezone of the property located at 6629 Beverly Boulevard, Everett, Washington, and as described in the inrroduction to this document. This rezone of the said property should be from R-1, Single-Family Low Density Residential and R-3, Multiple-Family Low Density Resictential to B-1, Neighborhood Shopping Zone. This rezone should be subject to the following conditions: Thatlandscaping be provided in accordance with Section 19.42.U30, A and B Everett Municipal Code. 2. That a spe,=ific landscaping plan be submitted to and approved by the Planning Department. This plan shall indicate types of plantings, spacing of plantings, size of plant material at time of installation and the general location of these plantings on a site plan. 3. That an agreement reiterating the above conditiens shall be concomitant with the rezone and shall be signed by the Applicant prior to City Council approval.
