Phere is a compounding problem. <br />The Board and the applicant discussed various possible solutions <br />to the parking problems. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering <br />all the facts, it was moved by Mr. Zook, seconded by Mr. Hoagland <br />and unanimously carried to grant the applicant's request as it <br />meets all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett <br />Municipal Code, Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />As a condition to the granting of the variance, the following <br />stipulation was made: <br />1.
