Y� <br />CITY OP EVGRETT - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />� /J DER <br />C 7/j',C��t�i.���rr� . <br />f9fiEFtEAS, theretofore, there was filed with the City of Everett <br />Building Division on October 31, 1979, an application for a variance from <br />the Short Plat Ordinance 517-78, Section 200 by Neil Danard, <br />PO Box 1947, Everett, Washington 98203 for permission to utilize a <br />t�venty (20) foot non-revocable easement road for access through Lot A <br />to Lot B on a short plat locatPd approximately 150 feet North of the <br />intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Madison Avenue on the following <br />described property: <br />Lot � Block 3 North IIeverly Park Div. #Z <br />2nning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />AND, <br />WFiEREAS, November 5, 1979, was fixed as the date of hearing <br />on said application and proper notice having been given as required by <br />law, AND, <br />WHEREAS, a publi.c hearing was held on said date and the Board <br />of Adjuskment, after reviewing all testimony, made the findinqs that: <br />The variance request meets all the requirements of <br />Section 19.70.060 of t.he Everett Municipal �ode <br />Parayraphs 1, 2, 3, and 9. <br />NOW, THEREPORE, based on the foregoing findings: <br />BE IT ORDERED BY TEIB CITY OF EVERETT IIOARD OF ADJUSTDIENT that <br />said application be GRANTED, AND, <br />BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be <br />transmitted to the applicant for their information. <br />DATE OF ACTION: November 5, 1979 <br />If no building permit has been obtained within one year from the date <br />of this action this order is void. <br />��% <br />hC �c-� �J �,, , L�_l,� _ <br />Kenneth W.
