The submittal requirements for this <br />permit include drawings showing the supporting stnuture of the porches and ramp <br />(sample enclosed) and the window specifications to assure compliance with the State <br />Building and Energy Codes. <br />The building pertnit could include the change in occupancy clazsification to an adult care <br />facility if a Floor plan and a site plan were included in the submittal. The floor plan <br />should be complete and include the garage that has been converted to rooms. The review <br />for change of building occupancy classification would address structural and fireflife <br />safety rzquirements of the Building Code for the proposed occupancy. <br />The asphalt paving proposed in conjunction with this conversion requires a Public Works <br />Permit. The site plan must show the paving and surface drainage provisions of the <br />project.
