J
R
\ (
Relative to your questions about 6011 McDougal, he vacant electrical meter need not be
activated to enlazge the circuitry on the upper tloor. The existing electrical panel can
accommodate the extra circuits. An Electrical Permit, which can be obtained from this
office, would be required for this work.
The surface drainage down the driveway could possibly be reduced by capturing the
house downspout water and diverting it to the reaz yard rather than allowing it to empry
onto the driveway. The area of asphalt may also contribute to the amount of water
draining down the hill. My recollecdon is that the amount of azphalt has incroazed over
the past several years, thus reducing the amount of eazth available to absorb water.
However, if you want to pursue increasing the asphalt cub along the street call Don
Hallson at (425)257-8800.
If you have questions, please feel free to call this office at (425)257-8810.
Sincerely,
Tim Tyler
Building Official
cc: Don Hallson
Kirk Brooks & Paul McKee
Steve Ingalsbe & Mike Palacios
