OF <br />Engineeringlpubtts %RMANs <br />We are the property owners of the real property commonly known as 7709 Beverly Blvd in Everett, <br />Washington (A.P.N. 00393900200103). It is our understanding that the real property immediately to the <br />south, commonly known as 7711 Beverly Blvd, Everett (the "Property"), has been purchased by a father <br />and son real estate development team, and that it is their intention to split the lot into two small parcels <br />and build two large homes. <br />A new land survey has been completed on behalf of these nev, owners. The visible survey stakes appear <br />to show a few feet of our real property as part of the lot they are claiming and intend to split and build <br />upon. We do not agree with the findings of this survey. We do not offer, grant or extend any rights or <br />access to our real property by these developers or any other party. <br />This real property is part of our parcel, as it has been fenced and deemed by usage to be part of the real <br />property commonly known as 7709 Beverly Blvd, Everett. A fence has existed in the same location for at <br />least the past twenty years. We have improved and maintained the same fenceline since our purchase of <br />the lot at 7709 Beverly Blvd in 1998. The prior two owners of our property also maintained this fence and <br />the many mature trees existing on this same line. <br />If you need additional information, please do not hesitate to call or write. If it is possible to be notified of <br />any documents filed by anyone regarding the property commonly known as 7711 Beverly Blvd, Everett, <br />Washington 98203, we would appreciate such a notification.
