It is our understanding that the <br />real property immediately to the southeast, commonly known as 7711 Beverly Blvd. <br />Everett (the "property"), has been purchased a real estate team with the pure purpose of <br />putting two large houses onto two very small lots. <br />A new land survey has been done on behalf of the new owners. The visible stakes appear <br />to show a few feet of our real estate as part of the lot they are claiming and intend to split <br />to divide and build two homes. We do not agree with the stakes with the say are the <br />property lines. We do not offer, grant or extend any rights or access to our real property <br />by these developers or any other party. <br />This real property is part of our parcel, as it has been fenced and deemed by usage to be <br />part of the real property commonly known as 1608 & 1610 Scenic Drive, Everett. A <br />fence has existed in the same location for at least the last 40 years. The fence line has <br />been maintained since the family purchased the property back in the 1950's. <br />If you need any additional information, please feel free to call my son or daughter-in-law <br />David or Stacv Kloster 425-355-6263.
