Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Lot 26; Thence <br />N.60057151"E, along the northerly line of said Lot 90.11 feet to the <br />True Point of Beginning of this line description; Thence S.29002109"E, <br />77.23 feet, more or less to the southerly line of said lot and the <br />terminus of this line description. <br />Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br />Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record. <br />According to Short Subdivision No. 8606/60120 to the Plat thereof <br />recorded in Volume 1973 of Plats, pages 1221 and 1222, records of <br />Snohomish County, Washington. <br />I The City of Everett Building official has found the building which isl <br />looated on the above -described property to be substandard. The <br />following deficiencies render the building substandard pursuant to <br />Section 202 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. The plumbing system has been destroyed. <br />2. The heating system has been destroyed. <br />3. The electrical system has been altered and is considered dangerous.)) <br />4. There is dampness throughout the structure. <br />5. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br />structure. <br />6. Ceiling and roof framing members and supports have been altered in <br />such a manner that if they sag and are of insufficient size to <br />carry imposed loads with safety. <br />7. All structural, plumbing and electrical alterations to the <br />structure have been done without the issuance of required permits <br />and ensuing inspections. <br />II The City of Everett Building Official has found the building which is <br />located on the above -described property to be dangerous. The following <br />deficiencies render the building dangerous pursuant to Section 302 of <br />the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings: <br />1. The roof of the house sags due to roof framing members being cute <br />out to install windows for skylights and the defective members not <br />being provided with Puequate support and/or bracing. <br />2. Ceiling and roof support beams have been cut in two and not given <br />adequate support and/or bracing. As a result, the ceiling joists <br />sag. <br />3. The roof, with imposed loads, is likely to fail and collapse) <br />thereby injuring persons. <br />4. The building is maintained in violation of specific requirements <br />applicable to such building provided by the building regulations <br />of this city, as specified in the Housing Code as adopted by <br />ordinance by this city relating to the condition of such buildings. <br />., III The building shall either be repaired in accordance with the current <br />Building Code or shall be demolished. <br />IV Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall <br />remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance <br />with the current Building Code or demolished. <br />i; <br />-2- <br />
