V If the owners elect to repair the building according to the Building Cede, all permits must be secured therefore and the work physically commenced within 30 days of the date of this Order. All such work must be completed in compliance with the Building Code within 90 days of the date of this Order. VI If the owners elect to demolish the building, all required permits must be secured therefore within 30 days of the date of this Order. Such demolition must be completed within 90 days of the date of this Order. VII VIII IX If the required repair or demolition is not commenced within the timel set forth in paragraphs V and VI, the Building Official will order the building to remain vacant and proceed to cause the building to bel demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property or its owners. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Uniform Housing Code and filed with the Building Official within 30 days from the date of service of this Notice and Order. Failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of all right to an administrative hearing and determination of the matter.
