V If the owners elect to repair the building according to the Building <br />Cede, all permits must be secured therefore and the work physically <br />commenced within 30 days of the date of this Order. All such work must <br />be completed in compliance with the Building Code within 90 days of the <br />date of this Order. <br />VI If the owners elect to demolish the building, all required permits must <br />be secured therefore within 30 days of the date of this Order. Such <br />demolition must be completed within 90 days of the date of this Order. <br />VII <br />VIII <br />IX <br />If the required repair or demolition is not commenced within the timel <br />set forth in paragraphs V and VI, the Building Official will order the <br />building to remain vacant and proceed to cause the building to bel <br />demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property or its <br />owners. <br />Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may <br />appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals <br />Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Uniform <br />Housing Code and filed with the Building Official within 30 days from <br />the date of service of this Notice and Order. Failure to appeal will <br />constitute a waiver of all right to an administrative hearing and <br />determination of the matter. <br />On April 29, 1987, 8:30 a.m., the Building Official will submit a' <br />resolution of demolition to the Everett City Council, City Hall, <br />Everett, Washington, if Paragraphs V or VI of this Notice and Order are <br />not complied with. _.r� <br />DATED this M0 day of <br />-3- <br />
