ORDER OF THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF APPEAL; <br />Appeal of: Robert Pierre <br />8016 Beverly Boulevard <br />Everett, WA 982U3 <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />1. Robert Pierre is the owner of the structure at 8016 Beverly <br />Boulevard and has filed an appeal to the Order issued by the City of Everett <br />Building official dated January 22, 1987. <br />2. In said order the City declare9 the subject structure on Mr. <br />Pierre's property to be a dangerous building in accordance with the <br />provisions of the City of Everett Uniform Code for th^ Abasement of <br />Dangerous Buildings and a substandard building in accordance wl.th the City <br />of Everett Housing Code. <br />3. on February 20, 1987, Mr. Pierre filed his appeal with the City <br />of Everett Building Department. <br />4. According to the Order entered by the Building Official, the <br />subject structure contains the following violations of the City of Everett <br />Housing Code: <br />a. Plumbing and heating systems are destroyed; <br />b. Electrical system has been altered and is considered <br />dangerous; <br />C. Dampness throughout the structures <br />d. General delapitation: <br />e. Improper maintenance of structure; <br />
