f, ceiling and roof framing members and supports have been <br />altered in such a manner that they sag and are of <br />insufficient size to carry imposed loads with safety; <br />g. All structural plumbing and electrical alterations to the <br />structure have been done without issuance of required <br />permits and ensuing inspections. <br />5. According to the order entered by the Building official, the <br />subject structure contains the following violations of the Uniform Code for <br />Abatement of Dangerous Buildings: <br />a. Roof of house sags due to roof framing members being cut <br />out to install window:; for skylights and the defective <br />members have not been provided with adequate support or <br />bracing; <br />b, ceiling and roof support beams have been cut in two and <br />have not been given adequate support and/or bracing <br />resulting in the ceiling joints sagging; <br />C. Roof with imposed loads is liKeiy to fail and collapse <br />thereby injuring persons; <br />d. Building is maintained in violation of speci`ic <br />requirements applicable to such building provided by .he <br />building regulations of the City as specified in the <br />Housing Code and adopted by ordinance by the City <br />pertaining to the conditions of such building. <br />6. Mr. Pierre claims that he cannot do the required repair to the <br />structure nor demolish the structure until bankruptcy proceedings concerning <br />Melvin G. Heide and capretto and Clark are resolved. These individuals have <br />the beneficial interest in the deed of trust which is on the subject <br />property. <br />7. The City Attorney's Off'ce has spoken with the bankruptcy trustee <br />concerning the beneficial interest held by Heide and Capr ,tto and Clark. <br />2 <br />
