4. The structure shall be demolished or brrught into compliance with <br />City codes. If the structure is to be repaired the necessary building <br />permits must be obtained within two weeks of the effective date of this <br />Order and construction must be commenced within that period of time. Full <br />repairs to the structure must be made within ninety (90) days of the <br />effective date of this Order. if the structure is demolished, then permits <br />for demolition must be obtained within two weeks of the effective date of <br />this Order and the demolition completed and all debris removed from the <br />subject property within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the demolition <br />permit. <br />S. No person shall fail, neglect or refuse to obey this Order. Any <br />person who fails to comply with this Order is guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />6.
