The trustee is Stimpson Bullitt and he informed the City Attorn�y's Office <br />that there is nothing prohibiting the city from proceeding with the <br />abatement proceeding in accordance with the Uniform Code for Abatement of <br />Dangerous Buildings and the Housing Code. <br />8. The Order issued by the City of Everett Building Official <br />required Mr. Pierre to either bring the subject structure into compliance or <br />to demolish the structure within a certain time frame and obtain the <br />requisite permits from the City of Everett Building Department. <br />9. (Additional Findings) <br />DETERMINATION OF ISSUES PRESENTED AND REQUIREMENTS OF COMPLIANCE <br />1. The City of Everett Board of Appeals has jurisdiction to hear <br />this appeal. <br />2. The pending bankruptcy proceeding concerning Melvin G. Heide and <br />Capretto and Clark does not prohibit nor in any way preclude the Building <br />Official from proceeding pursuant to the order dated January 22, 1987. <br />3. The structure located at 8016 Beverly Boulevard, Everett, <br />Washington 98203, is a dangerous building pursuant to the terms of the <br />Uniform code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings and also constitutes a <br />substandard bui1P'.ng for purposes of the City of Everett Housing Code. <br />3 <br />
