Pierre EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br />1317 Bruskrud Road, Apt 4B 96:01 <br />Everett WA 98204 <br />Tear Mr. Pierre: <br />On October 29, 1985 it was noted that you had begun partial demolition <br />of your garage as you had agreed upon in order to comply with the <br />City zoning code requirements for sideyard setbacks. <br />An inspection of the work being done was conducted by Larry Callahan, <br />Building Official, and myself. During the inspection it was noted <br />that you are performing a great dea of structural and electrical <br />work. The type of work you are per firming on your garage requires permits <br />in accordance with the Uniform Building Code. <br />During our inspection, it was noted :hat the residence is being struc- <br />turally altered. In the process of 'he alteration, the electrical and <br />plumbing services are also being altered. This work also requires <br />permits and inspections in accordanc: with the Uniform Buildinq Code. <br />Your immediate attention is required in complying with code require- <br />ments.
