EVERETT WASHINGTON <br />Mr. Pierre came to the office today and had a meeting with Larry Callahan, <br />Building Official, and myself. <br />evere� <br />I explained to Mr. Pierre that he needed to submit plans to scale for the <br />work he is doing on the garage. After a plan check he would be required to <br />obtain a permit to continue working. <br />I asked what he was doing with the residence. He said it would not be used <br />as a residence, but it would be used as a storage/accessory building. He <br />had been taking plumbing and electrical systems out of it. <br />Mr. Pierre was advised to take out an interior demolition permit on the <br />house. Any work done to the electrical system would require a permit. <br />MGD/mm <br />
