Use of Property Inconsistent with this Resolution. If any use of the subject <br />property occurs which is inconsistent with the tcrms of this Resolution, either <br />before, during, or after conswction and installadon of all im�rovements <br />required by this Resolution, this Resoludon shall become void and all <br />entiUements to the uses permitted herein shall be forfeited, and anv use <br />inwnsistent with the R-1 zoning of the property shall be deemed a violation of <br />the zoning code and be subject to the violadon, enforccment, and penalty <br />provisions thereof. <br />11. A copy of this Resolution shall be recorded with the Snohomish County <br />Auditor's Office. All wnditions, limitadons and terms specified herein shall be <br />binding upon the property and all future owners, heirs and assigns with any <br />interest in the property described herein. <br />Roll was called with all councilmen vodng yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />f��J101_ ' • 1►� �.I � a_ !�! � '�7�C�11�y <br />Moved by Couocilman Diamood, seconded by Cauncilman Anderson to <br />aut6orize a letter to the Snohomish County Council recommending t6at <br />they coasider We suggestions set fo�1h in t6e Bceing letter conceming the <br />Countywide Plaming Policies. <br />Councilman Moser reported that he had talked to Frank Figg, Boeing Company, <br />regarding the use of the word, "regional" in referring to water in RU-3, page 10 <br />of the county-wide GMA policies. Mr. Figg agreed to change the word <br />"regional" w"urban". The sentence would read, "that water systems may be <br />developed W meet the domestic requirements of rural residents and urban <br />needs." <br />Moved by Councilman Mo� er, seconded by Councilman Gipson to amend the <br />motion so that the wording in the Boeing letter could be changed, i�emoving the <br />word, "regional", and ir.scrting the wosd, "p.�i�", as indicated above. <br />Mr. Frank Figg, Boeing Company, concurs•ed with this change. <br />� <br />
