Detailed <br />drainage calculatiens will be required to determine the storage <br />volume and release rate, if greater than 250 cubic feet, for tha <br />project. (SEPA Section 1(C) Water, (D) Public Services and <br />Utilities) <br />The lead agency fo�� this proposal has determined that it does not <br />have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment given <br />full compliance to the above noted mitigation actions. An <br />Enviror,mental Impact Statement is not required u�der RCW <br />43.21C.030(2)(c). This deterr.iination assumes compliance with state <br />law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br />drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a conpleted <br />environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br />agency.
