(SEPA Section 1(A) Esrth, (D) <br />Public Services and Utilities) <br />On-site detention and vegetated swales are required. Detailed <br />drainage calculatiens will be required to determine the storage <br />volume and release rate, if greater than 250 cubic feet, for tha <br />project. The on-site storm system will need to be 8 inch minimun <br />size. (SEPA Section 1(C) Water, (D) Public Services and <br />Utilities) <br />The lead agency fo�� this proposal has determined that it does not <br />have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment given <br />full compliance to the above noted mitigation actions. An <br />Enviror,mental Impact Statement is not required u�der RCW <br />43.21C.030(2)(c). This deterr.iination assumes compliance with state <br />law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br />drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a conpleted <br />environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br />agency. This information is available to the public on request. <br />This Determination of Nan-Significance is specifically conditioned <br />on compliance with the conditions attached hereto which ar.e <br />incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br />This MDNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not <br />act on this proposal for 15 days from the date below.
