See <br />Section 35 (page 35-04), Cateqory "B" type ZIZ (EZC), for <br />specific landscapinq reguirements. The Performance and Warranty <br />(maintenance) Guarantees and installation of landscaping as per <br />approved design will be necessary for Planning Department <br />approval of the Certificate of Occupancy. Performance bond and <br />Assignment of Funds fonas are available at the City Planning <br />Department. <br />City stre•ats and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris <br />at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street <br />cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />Performance guarantees are required for street improvements. <br />
