Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systens in <br />accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are applicable. The actual <br />cost shall be computed by the Building Department per the <br />ordinance in effect at che time and according to the <br />information on the approved plans on the date of permit <br />issuance. <br />15. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired / replaced per <br />the City Public Works Inspeator. <br />16. Full standard half street improvements are required to Puget <br />Drive, including curb, gutter and sidewalk on the oroposal full <br />frontage. A handicap curb ramp is required to be installed on <br />the northwest corner of Puget Drive and Beverly Boulevard. <br />17.
