1 <br />• <br />a. FSnding: No advfrse comments were received tYom other City <br />Departments. The proposed structure will meet the height <br />1lmitatlon and alll not increase the gross floor area ratio. <br />The next door neighbor to the south has indicated to the staff <br />that he has no objeetions to the variance request. <br />b. Conclusion: Granting the variance wauld not be detrlmental to <br />the public vclfare or injurious to other property oNners in the <br />area. <br />4. That the granting of such variance will not ad•;ersely affect the <br />Comprehensive Gene�al Plan. <br />a. FindSng: The Comprehensive Plan designates this area as Single <br />Family Residential, Which is the type of development proposed <br />by the Applicar.t. <br />b. Conclusion: The variance will not adversely affect the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that the variance to allow an B-faot fl�ont yard instead of the <br />20 feet required by Code be GRANT"eD and further require the applicant to <br />meet the following condltlons. <br />1.
