Before this letter was typed <br />or mailed the City of �verett was presented with a Court Order issued <br />by the Superior Court of Snohomish Coutity stating th�t all proceedings <br />in this matter are hereUy stayed pending the disposition of the review <br />of the Superior Court of the Board of Adjustment's determination.
