Hello Cindy, We were able to conduct an inspection today to look intn ihe concerns at 7432 Heverly Lane. Here is a summary o( our observations. 1. The crawlspace area has been excavated at some point in the pasL This excavation work has tompromised the structural mtegrity of several supporting pieis and mlumns. (erosion of the supporting soil etc.) 2. A main under tloor support beam has heen cut through. An attempt to reinforce this cut beam has been made, this attempted repair is inw(ficienl. The support beam remains compromised. Settlement and sagginp, of the strutture i5 evident when vicwed in the main living area. 3. [lectrical wiring has been mstalled m an unsa(e non approved manner in ihr crawlspace area uf the main house, the detached garape area, and l�eneath the main electrical service located on the south exlerior oi the main house (open splices, flexible mrd used (or permanent wiring, unsupportec' cable, inmrred materials, etc.) Time dated wiring was observed on some of the wir ig in the uawlspace (dated Feb 11 2009) a permit search (or �he electrical alterations has been made. No permits for this work can be located. 4. The hot waler tank localr.d in the under (loor arca that serves this ciwelling is pooily supported. The !ank is propped up on conaete rubble and shims. TINs tank has an open eledrical connection that is not code tompliant and is unsafe. �i.
