NMI <br />FINDLNGS AND DECISION n.,- JU N 04 1990 <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT . <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF THE Public Works Dept. <br />EVERETT SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 FOR APPROVAL <br />OF A SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PERMIT SPU 04-90 <br />DECISION: The Special Property Use Permit is granted subject to conditions <br />listed. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The Everett School District No. 2, 4730 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington, <br />98203, (hereinafter referred to as Applicant) requested approval of a Special <br />Property Use Permit for conetruction of an addition to the existing North <br />Middle School at the northwest corner of the intersection of 26th Street and <br />Rainier Avenue in the City of Everett, Washington. <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Everett Hearing Examiner on May <br />31, 1990. Letter dated 5-29-90 to Planning Department from Mr. & Mrs. Kennedy <br />After due consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the <br />Applicant; testimony and evidence elicited during the public hearing; and as <br />the result of the personal inspection of the subject property and surrounding <br />areas by the Everett Hearing Examiner, the following findings of fact and <br />conclusions constitute the basis of the decision of the Everett Hearing <br />Examiner. <br />
