INTRODUCTION The Everett School District No. 2, 4730 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington, 98203, (hereinafter referred to as Applicant) requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit for conetruction of an addition to the existing North Middle School at the northwest corner of the intersection of 26th Street and Rainier Avenue in the City of Everett, Washington. A hearing on the request was held before the Everett Hearing Examiner on May 31, 1990.
