Subject: TwLnly-two Portable Classroom Buildings and Two Restroom Buildings
Everett School District
August 2, 1990
Page 2
3. Two schools, Lowell Elementary and Madison Elementary, apparently will be undergoing
extensive remodeling.
Drinking water, either from existing school building fountains or individual classroom
water coolers, must be readily available. I suspect construction will limit accsss and
strongly suggest using commercial water coolers.
Prior to classroom use, this office must perform a preoccupancy inspection as required by WAC
248.64. Also, I would like to observe the field testing of unit ventilators. You may reach me at
339-6250.
Sincerely,
David N.
