The health department will make regular <br />field check of construction, <br />11) In 1980, the Snohomish Health District's Board of <br />Health established a plan review charge for review of <br />all layout plans and specifications. The fee schedule <br />is $26.50 per hour to a maximum of $300.00 (1983 <br />reviseo fee schedule) Your total review time is <br />two (2) hours. Therefore, there will be a$53.00 <br />charge. The fee must be paid at the time of issuing <br />your food-service establishment permit.
