Upon investi- <br />gation and testiny, the City has found that 8304 is connected to the 8" <br />sanitary main in 6everly Lane and 8320 is connected to a storm system o-:hich <br />flo�vs across tfie property at 83C4 Beverly Lane. Per City Ordinance 14.03,030 <br />and 14,08,040 the property owner of 8320 is required to connect to a City <br />sanitary se�•�er main. <br />You are hereby notified per Ordinance 14,03.250 that your premises located <br />at 8320 is to 6e connected to the public sanitary serier system.
