Everett, Washington 98204 Re: Alfonzo's, 8320 Evergr.een Way, Everett, Wash. 98203 Dear Mr. Foss: This letter is written to express the concerns of our department relative to the failirg on-site sewer system on your property located at 8320 Evergreen Way, Everett, �dashington. The district records indicate that you were notified numerous times by telephone and letter to abate the sewage nuisance by connect.ing to the sanitary sewer. The sanitation office was notified by the City of Everett on September 22, 1983 that, as of that date, you had not obtained any nermits to abate the proUlem by connecting to the saniCary seaer. The disposal of sewage impronerly such as is occurring on your property is a violation of regulations of the State Board of Health and regulations of the Snohomish Health District. Failure on the part of the property owner to correct such nuisance places the property owner in jeopardy of legal action. If this nuisance is not corrected by connecting to the sanitary sewer within fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter, I will have no recourse except to start pro- cedures to suspend your food service permit.
