You have been notified on repeated occasions that <br />this nuisance muat be abated and that you must connect to the City <br />of Everett's sewer. Theae notices include a letter date�l September <br />27, 1983 sent to you by Mr. Charles Mang�, Director of Environmental <br />Pealth, who notified you that a F�crer connect:i�c ^.est be made witt:`_r• <br />`±fteen (i5) days. Washington <br />j Adminiatrative Code (WAC) Section 248-84 provides that, "no person <br />; shall operate a food service establishment who does not have a valid <br />permit issued to him/her b� the tiealth officer". The discharge of <br />sewage effluent onto the ground represents a public heal[h hazard <br />and is a violation of WAC 248-96-050. <br />Your food establishment permit for 1983 is hereby suspended and you <br />�' � are directed to i�ediately close the restaurant upon receipt of <br />� this letter. Our Food Program Sanitarian delivering th�.a letter <br />Iwill cupervise the closure of the estsblishment.
