One -hour materials to be installed on garage aide <br />of garage on common wall with house. <br />2. Garage door head room is 6'-1' . Must be approved <br />by H. U. D. <br />3. Install new garage doors. <br />4. Wood sill of garage must be six inches above grade. <br />5. New roofing and roof framing required, or properly <br />brace root` rafters. <br />8. Remove all rotten framing. <br />7. Patch holes In stucco. <br />8. Floor of house must be leveled. This was to have been <br />done by previous permit; however, we never approved <br />the leveling but stated that acceptance was to be by <br />Lyle Kent. <br />0. Furnace closet cannot open into bedroom. <br />10. Close all openings in closets between living area and attic. <br />11. Recommend extensions be provided on eaves, and require <br />replacing all rotten sheathing and framing members. <br />
