These comments address building issues only, additional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, <br />Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building Code, as <br />amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 <br />Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will <br />be necessary to provide tFte Building Division with two complete <br />new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />Provide support of interior bearing wall (between existing master <br />bedbroom and bedroom). <br />2. Specify beam sizes supporting second floor joists (interior walls). <br />3. Provide detail of interior stairs showing: <br />a. handrail <br />b. guardrail <br />C. max rise <br />d. min run <br />C. fire blocking <br />f. 5/8" type "x" gwb on walls and soffit of usable space under <br />stairs. <br />g. min width of 36" <br />4.
