On the request of 117r. liobert <br /> Larson, 21R Skyline Drive, Everett, 1Vashington, an examination tvas made of 11a , <br /> Bridgetvay, Everett, �Vashington, to see if that residence or the acdvities of the occu- <br /> pants were in violation of the Zoning Code of the City of Everett (E.n'f.C. TiQe 19) . <br /> The follo�ving findings were made: <br /> 1. 115 Bridgeivuy is locuted in an R-1, Single-Family, Low Density Residence <br /> Zone. <br /> 2. The residence at 115 Bridgewny is occupied Uy Mr. and A4rs. Dale Sribine. <br /> 3. 111r. and A1rs. Snbine operate a business knotvn us "Thrifty Totving" in <br /> uddition to DIr. Sabine's employment as a police oCficer of the City of Everett. <br /> 4. The Sabine's place oC business for their totving business is 5701 Evergreen <br /> �Yny, fiverett, I1'ashington, also the location of Cy Richard's Body Shop. <br /> The SaUines pay rent, store automobiles, have a telephone and office <br /> equipment nt this locntion. <br /> 5. The nuture of the Sabine's bus�ness is Uiat of emergency road vehicles, <br /> licensed with the State of 1Vasl�ington. "Thrifty Towing" has a contract <br /> tvith the AutomoUile Associac;on of America (AAA) to service the urca in <br /> nnd around Everett on a 24-hour call Unsis . <br /> G. "Thrifry Towing" has threc emergency road vehicles and three licensed <br /> operatoi•s for those vehicles, A7r. and Dlrs. SaUine and one employee. <br /> 7. 117r. .and 111rs. SaUine generally park their two trucks nt Uie residence <br /> when they nre )tome; as a result, there are sometimes two trucks purked <br /> nt the residence. Their employce regulai•ly cats his me�ls nt the Sc�bine <br /> residence tvhich adds a third truck if Uoth Uie olher trucks are at the <br /> residence. <br /> 8. The parking of the uvcl:s at the SaUine residence is the essence of nir. <br /> Lnrson's zoning complaint; to thc eCfect that thc parking ot commercial <br /> vehicles is suf[icient incidence of a commercinl operalion to make ihe <br /> SuUine residence � place of business in violntion of the permissible uses <br /> in an R-1 zone. <br /> 9. The nature of the SuUine's business is to provide service to disabled <br /> vehicles , prim�rily to tl�e clientele of AAA.
