CONCLUSION: <br /> The Sabines have not converted their residence into a commercial ple.ce of business <br /> in violation of the permissible uses in an R-1 zone on the basis of parking their commer- <br /> cial vehicles at that location. There is nothing in the Zoning Code of the City of Everett <br /> which �rohiUits parking co�nmercial vehicles at a residence in an R-1 zone provided the <br /> residenrial occupants do not provide a commercial use at the residence. It does not i <br /> appear that any commercial service is being provided at the residence. The three <br /> licensed drivers (117r. and A7rs. Sabine and the employee) park their trucks at the <br /> residence for essentially non-business reasons: the employee when he has meals tivith <br /> the Sabines and nir. and 119rs. Sabine tivhen they are ho�ne not providing the service <br /> tivhich the business provides. Since the business is on a 24-hour call basis, it tivould <br /> appear that 11Tr. and/or n9rs.
