<br /> 13 relating to the plaintiffs' use of their residential property�
<br /> 14 . Qn April 12, 1977, the City of Everett Building Inspector, Jamie
<br /> 15 Johnson, issued a "Finding of the Building Inspector, City of
<br /> 7,6 Everett, �4ashington, " a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
<br /> 17 �xhibit "1" and by this reference incorporated herein. Ay said
<br /> 18 finding the IIuildiny Inspector determined that the plaintiLfs'
<br /> 19 use of tlieir property was in compliance with the City of- Everett
<br /> 20 Zoning Code.
<br /> 21 Subsequently, without notice to the plaintiffs, on June 3,
<br /> 22 1977, the defendants, Larson, filed a written a
