� review the Building Inspector's decision, held on June 6, 1977, <br /> 2 the Doard of Adjustment heard unsworn statements from various <br /> 3 persons, as well as argument from the attorney representing the <br /> ¢ defendants, Larson, and did then and there make a determination <br /> 5 to reverse the Building Inspector`s decision, finding that the <br /> 6 plaintiffs were utilizing their residence in violation of the <br /> 7 City of Everett Zoning Code. <br /> $ Thereafter, plaintiffs requested that the Board reconsider <br /> 9 the determination on the appeal of Robert Larson and the Board <br /> 10 scheduled a meeting for June 30, 1977, for the purpose of finaliz- <br /> 11 ing Findings & Conclusions on said appeal and to make a determina- <br /> 12 tion on plaintiffs' request for reconsideration. A copy of the <br /> 13 notice, dated June 20, 1977, concerning said meeting is attached <br /> 14 hereto as Exhibit "9" and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> _ 15 At the meeting held on June 30, 1977, plaintif£s, through their <br /> 16 attorney, kere allowed to argue their case, nevertheless, the <br /> 17 Board voted to aff.irm its earlier decision and, thereafter, on ' <br /> 18 July 11, 1977, entcred its formal "Findings & Conclusions In ' <br /> 19 APpeal From Determination of Building Inspector/Official, " a I <br /> 20 copy of �ohich is attached hereto as Exhibit "5" and incorporated I <br /> 21 herein b� this reference.
