Dear Mr. K�;lbeck: County records indicate that yoa are the owner of the following legally described propert-y: Plat of Mt. IIaker View Add Lot 44 Commonly known as: 223 Bridgeway, Everett, Svashing bn. In April of this ycar I had received a complaint from the neighbors who live in the area of the above referenced oroperty. Their aoncern was the rooF being covered with plastic for so long. I had to check the complaint out where upon arrival I noted the entire roof to be covered with a dark heavy plastic. There was a young man working on a vehicle in the yard so Z approached him about the situation. He adviced me that you had intended to repair the roof when dry weather permitted. Last week I was approached by a neighbor again and they said there had been no work done on the roof. Yesterday i went back to the house and observed from the road a portion of the roof sagging so bad that i suspected broken rafters. A young man came out of the house and I showed the area to him and indicated that a heavy rain may collapse that portion of the roof. I advised him to take a look at structural damage in the attic area and advise you of the situation. This morning as I arrived in the office I had a call from Ms. Donnel Brackett and she seemed quite alarmed at her findings in the attic. Sha asked that Z come out to the house and observe what had happened. The following is a report of that inspection: 1. Several roof rafters are broken and completely seperated on the SVest side of the house. 2. The roof on the North side of the house has already
