IIaker View Add <br /> Lot 44 <br /> Commonly known as: 223 Bridgeway, Everett, Svashing bn. <br /> In April of this ycar I had received a complaint from the <br /> neighbors who live in the area of the above referenced oroperty. <br /> Their aoncern was the rooF being covered with plastic for so <br /> long. I had to check the complaint out where upon arrival I <br /> noted the entire roof to be covered with a dark heavy plastic. <br /> There was a young man working on a vehicle in the yard so Z <br /> approached him about the situation. He adviced me that you <br /> had intended to repair the roof when dry weather permitted. <br /> Last week I was approached by a neighbor again and they said <br /> there had been no work done on the roof. <br /> Yesterday i went back to the house and observed from the road <br /> a portion of the roof sagging so bad that i suspected broken <br /> rafters. A young man came out of the house and I showed the area <br /> to him and indicated that a heavy rain may collapse that portion <br /> of the roof. I advised him to take a look at structural damage <br /> in the attic area and advise you of the situation. <br /> This morning as I arrived in the office I had a call from Ms. <br /> Donnel Brackett and she seemed quite alarmed at her findings in <br /> the attic. Sha asked that Z come out to the house and observe <br /> what had happened. The following is a report of that inspection: <br /> 1. Several roof rafters are broken and completely seperated <br /> on the SVest side of the house. <br /> 2. The roof on the North side of the house has already <br />
