IIrackett was packiny to <br /> move out althcugh she didn' t really want to and had no place to <br /> go. IInder the circumstances I adcised it �vould be in the best <br /> interest of h�r childrens safety and her own if she could move <br /> right away. <br /> I also advised t•1s.
