A one hour <br /> fire wall is required between the restaurant and the residential <br /> unit on the second floor. <br /> 2. The kitchen must be equipped with a fire extinguisher with a <br /> minimum UL ratinq of 40B if there are deep fat fryers. A minimum <br /> UL rating of 2A lOS.c must be provided for the protection of the <br /> occupancy. <br /> 3. Post the address on the building. <br /> I <br /> 4. The parking area must be paved per City standards. <br /> 5. The parking stalls must be laid out to meet City standards. I <br /> The area shown on the site plan appears to provide only seven <br /> customer parking spaces with one employee space(see enclosed site <br /> plan) . An additional six parking spaces must be provided within <br /> 300' of the building. Provide a 5 year lease agreement. <br /> 6. A c��ch basin must be installed in the parking area. <br /> 7. The side-sewer must be upgraded to a six inch diameter. <br /> e. The dumpster must be screened from adjoining properties and <br /> the public right-of-way. <br /> 9.
