It appears that the subject property is <br /> currently being used for retail space, however the City has no record of any additional <br /> pertnit submittals for the building conversion. <br /> Please contact the City within two weeks from the date of this letter with the necessary <br /> pertnits as outlined in the conditions of the use pertnit approval.
