As of thfs date there do not appear to <br /> be any records of any additional permits being sought for this site. This matter has <br /> conGnued to go unresolved for several months now and by conbnuing to operate a retaii <br /> establishment at this location without meeting the requirements of the approved use <br /> permit you are in violation of the City of Everett Zoning Code. <br /> Please contad the City within two weeks from the date of this letter with the necessary <br /> pertnits as outl(ned in the candftions of the use pertnit approval.
