A landscape plan will need to be submitted for review by <br /> planning staff for compliance with those standards estabiished. <br /> • A strip ten feet wide across the property's frontage along Broadway Avenue. Broadway Ave is <br /> designated as a "gateway corridor" in the City's Comprehensive Plan. Street trees shall be <br /> planted at 20 feet on center along Broadway Avenue (a minimum of lwo (2) trees shall be <br /> provided). A preliminary review of the site shows that the frontage landscape requirement may <br /> already have been met; a landscape plan will need to be provided to confirm whether the <br /> standards established in Section 35.050 of the Zoning Code have been met. <br /> • A str'p five feet wide shall be provided along the interior property lines. Street trees shall be <br /> planted at 30 feet on center(a minimum of four(4)trees shall be provided along each side <br /> property line). <br /> 16.Any signage proposed on site must comply with Section 36 of the Everett Zoning Code. A building <br /> permit is required for installation of a sign on site. <br /> 17.
