The design of buildings and sites shall incorporaie locations and sizes for future signs. All <br /> signs shall be in conformance with an overall sign program that allows for advertising which fits with <br /> the architectural character, proportions and details of the development. <br /> 2. Neon may be used in an artful way in signs; however, simply outlining the roof or building in <br /> neon tubing shail not be permitted. <br /> 3. Freestanding signs shall include low plantings around the base of the sign to make it a part of <br /> the landscape. <br /> 4. All freestanding signs shall be monument signs with a maximum height of eight feet. <br /> Encouraged Standards. <br /> 5.
