No connection to the existing mains will be allowed except by means of an approved <br /> backFlow <br /> prevention device prior to satisfactory flushing, testing, disinfection, and receipt of <br /> satisiactory <br /> bacteriological test results. <br /> B. Taps on existing mains will be made by the city at the developer's expense. <br /> C. All work and materials must conform to City of Everett Standards. <br /> D. The City of Everett Engineering Department Construction Division must be notified at <br /> least 24 <br /> hours prior to commencing construction. <br /> E. The owner or the owner's authorized agent shali notify Utilities of a person who can be <br /> contacted <br /> regarding problems during construction on a 24 hour basis. <br /> Sewer: <br /> 6-3.1 REQUIRED NOTES ON PLANS <br /> The(oliowing standard notes are required on all Sanitary Sewer Plans: <br /> A. All work and materials shall conform to the City of Everett Standards and <br /> WSDOT/APWA Standard <br /> Specifications. <br /> B. No part of the sanitary sewer system shall be covered, concealed or put into u,e until <br /> it has been <br /> tested, inspected, and approved by the city inspector. <br /> C. Approximate locations of existing utilities have been obtained from avaifable records <br /> and are shown <br /> for convenience. The contractor shall be responsible for verification of locations and to <br /> avoid <br /> damage to any additional utilities not shown.
