The <br /> � subject properiy is curre7tly undeveloped and occupics apprcximately 20,032 square feet at the <br /> nonheast comer of the intersection of 17'� Strect and Broad���ay Avenue in �verett, \Vashington. <br /> � The subject properiy is legally described as Lots 10 through 1 G ���itltin Plat 335 of �verett <br /> Division North. The subject property is uc�developed and cleared of vegetation. No visual <br /> indications of USTs and/or above ground storage tanks were noted at the site. No visuaf signs of <br /> � soil staining, hazazdous material spills, sttessed vegetation, or chemical odors and poo]s of <br /> liqui3s which, (if present), can indicate the presence of contan�i��ation�vere noted at the site. <br /> � Kleinfelder conducted a drive-by survey of ihe parcels adjoining the site on the same day as the <br /> � site reco�maissance. The adjacent properiics located north, ���est and south of il�e subject site are <br /> occupied by mi�ed-use conunercial facilities. A 51iell service station/mini-mart is located <br /> nortl����est of tl�e subject property, across Broadway A��enue. Singe-family residential homes <br /> Iborder the subject site to the east, across the alley. Safe��•a}� Store No. 474 is located soutli of tl�e <br /> subject site, across 17`� Street. Copies of photographs obtained during the site visit aze presented <br /> � in Appendix A. <br /> I As stated above, a one-stoq� building containing a 12-foot deep concrete basement pre��iously <br /> occupied a portion of the subject property.
