According to Mr. Peterson, <br /> the cl;inges that have occurred to ihe subject property since September 2000 �ecre: (I) demolition <br /> of ilie '`Manufacturing IIuilding"; (2) demolition and removal of il�e 12-foot-deep concrete <br /> Ibasement ;md backfilling �+�ith crushed concrete and imported soil; and (3) dccommissioning and <br /> off-site disE�osal of t���o heating fuel USTs former]y located to the east of ilie "Manufacturing <br /> � Building". According to Mr. Peterson, Kane Gnviromnental, Inc. of Seattle, \Vashington <br /> perfbrn�ed the UST Site Assessment. <br /> ' �'��e contacted NIr. John Ka�ie of Kane I:nvironmental and ��•ere informcd that m� visual signs of <br /> soil contamination �vere noted during the UST removals. In addition, T4r. Kane stated that <br /> ( cl�cmical analysis of soil samples collected from the fornier UST e�cavations did not reveal <br /> detectable concentrations of petrolemn hydrocarUons. A4r.
