Cattle("BaRell"), together with the City of Everett, by and through <br /> 10 <br /> its SEPA Responsible Official, Paul Roberts (the "Ciry"), constituting the three parties of record in <br /> 11 <br /> the above-captioned SEPA appeals, for the purposes of settling the issues which have been raised in <br /> 12 <br /> the SEPA appeals,hereby stipulate as follows: <br /> 13 <br /> 1. To address issues raised by the City and Belshaw that additional transpazent window <br /> 14 <br /> azeas should be added to the building to be constructed by Bartell, Banell shall add additional <br /> 15 <br /> transparent window azea' to the facade of the building facing Broadway as follows: An additional <br /> 16 <br /> window measuring approximately ]5 feet 4 inches wide and approximately 6 feet high with a sill <br /> 17 <br /> height approximately 4 feet above finished floor. This window azea will be located with the north <br /> I8 <br /> jamb approximately 19 feet 4 inches south of the south jamb of the northemmost existing window on <br /> 19 <br /> the Broadway facade. Window glazing will be 1 inch ��nted insulated glass to match the other <br /> 20 <br /> storefront glazing. The bottom panes of the storefront glazing located benveen l8 feet and 28 feet 8 <br /> 21 <br /> inches north of the entry retum at the southwest comer of the building will be changed Crom <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 ' In this Stipulation Md Order Dismissing SEPA Appeals, the location and size of additional or <br /> relocated transpazent windows has been identified to the extent possible prior to final approved <br /> 25 design documents.
