To address the issue raised by Belshaw that additional treatment be incotporated into 4 the facade of the building facing 19° Street, Bartell agrees to add additional transparent window 5 space to that facade if it determines, in its sole discretidn, that such transpazent window space will 6 allow for the proper functioning of both the exterior and interior of the building to be built. In the 7 event Bartell concludes that additional transpazent window space is not feasible in the 19'" Street 8 facade, it will enter into good faith discussions with Belshaw to see if agreement can be reached on 9 an exterior sigc►, directory, or announcement display box of dimensions not to exceed 3 feet 4 inches 10 by 3 feet 4 inches. On the Broadway facade of the building to be conshucted by Bartell near the bus stop 13 a:ea, Bartell will affix to the exterior of the building an enclosed display box measuring 14 approximately 3 feet 4 inches by 3 feet 4 inches that will be made available to the Ciry of Everett 15 Transit Division to post schedules and/or other information which may be of intere;;t to pedesfians 16 and/or transit riders. 17 4. On the awning extensions from the Broadway facade and the 19'" Stteet facade at 18 locations to be detemiined by Baztell, Bartell shall install "b��de signs" which designate the store as 19 Bartell Dtugs or other marketing identification for the store determined ap�ropriate oy Battell. 20 5. The intended pu�poses of the drive through lanes aze customer drop off and pick-up of 21 orders and deliveries of inerchandise for the store.
