Parking strip between the sidewalk and the curb - Street trees as <br /> selected ar approved by and planted to the specifications of the <br /> Everett Parks Department. <br /> b. Street frontage behind the sidewalk-A landscape strip a minimum <br /> of ten (10)feet in width, planted to Type II standards, as described <br /> in Section 35 of Ordinance#1671-89, as amended, shall be <br /> provided along the entire lot frontage. At least five feet of the ten <br /> foot wide landscape strip shall be located on the property <br /> proposed to be rezoned. The landscape area shall consist of a <br /> berm or a raised planter bed, the center of which shall be a <br /> minimum of thirty (30) inches in height above the adjacent parking <br /> lot surtace. <br /> c. Interior property line setback landscaping -The interior property <br /> lines of sites proposed to be rezoned shall be provided with a <br /> continuous landscape strip a minimum of five feet in width planted <br /> to Type III standards as described in Section 35 of Ordinance <br /> #1671-89, as amended. For purposes of landscape type and <br /> widths along interior property lines, all abutting zones shall be <br /> considered as commercial zones. <br /> d. Intemal parking lot landscaping -All intemal parking lot areas shall <br /> be landscaped in accordance with the requirements of the Zoning <br /> Code. <br /> e. Landscape maintenance, assur��ce devices -All landscape areas <br /> described herein sh�ill be maintained by the owner of the parking <br /> area as required by the Zoning C-ide and a maintenance <br /> assurance device shall be providJd as required by the provisions <br /> of the Zoning Code. <br /> f. Landscape plans, planting materials - Landscape pians shall be <br /> subrtiitted for all parking lot areas in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Zoning Code. Landscaping piants and <br /> materials shall be in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> Zoning Code. I <br /> 5. Lighting - Illumination of parking areas shail be as required b�the Zoning <br /> Code. <br /> 6. Signs -There shall be no signs permitted on the parking areas other than <br /> directional signs (e.g., "parking for Broadway Hardware," "enter," "exit") <br /> 9 <br />
