10. Fire Hydrants - Locations as shown on the site plan are acceptable. 11. Ciry streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street cieaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 12.Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public VVorks inspector. 13.Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. 14. Fremise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as tr, be visible and legible from the access road. Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from the access road. Address numbers shall be a minimum of 6 inches in height and 3 inches in width. 15. Fire Flow- Fire flow requirements for this structure are 1,500 gpm. 16. Portable Fire Protection -A portable fire extinguisher with a minimumU.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C shall be provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each building during construction and prior to occupancy. 17. Landscaping in accordance with the City of Fverett Zoning Code shall be provided on site. These plantings must meet the zoning code standards as established in section 35.050.C.1-2, and outlined below: • A minimum of ten feet (10') or the distance between the building and lot line whichever is Iess, must be landscaped with Type III landscaping, along the east property lines. This strip shall include a mix of trees, shrubs, and groundcover. Trees are required at a ratio of 1 tree every 20' on center, and shrubs are required at 5 shrubs per 100 square feet. Lawn may be used for up to 75°/a of groundcover. • A five foot (5'), Type III landscape strip shall be provided along the north and south property lines. This strip shall include a mix of trees, shrubs, and groundcover. Trees are required at a ratio of 1 tree every 30' on center, and shrubs are required at 5 shrubs per 100 square teel. Lawn may be used for�p to 75% of groundcover. The landscape strip along the north property line may be 100% lawn. • Trees shail be a minimum of six teet (6') in height at time of planting, and shrubs shall be a minimum of twenty-four(24) inches high at the time of planting.
