A notice to vacate the structure within sev2n (7) days was prepared <br /> but was undeliverable as the tenants could not be located. Apparcntly <br /> they have found a place to stay unitl repairs are made. <br /> Shortly after that t4r. Duce requested that he be allowed to board <br /> up the house for the �resent time. <br /> On Seotember 17, 1974, we received a letter from Mr. Duce requesting <br /> a list of electrical wiring corrections that had to be made. We <br /> responded by letter on September 25, 1974. <br /> A complaint was received from the police department on March 13 , 1975 , <br /> stating tha.t the house was occupied by several run away children. <br /> A notice of Unsafe Building was mailed to the owner and Mr. Duce on <br /> March 20, 1975. The owner received hie notice on March 28 and Mr . <br /> Duce received his on March 29, 1975. <br /> ir; early April, Mr. Duce again telephoned and requested that the <br /> structure be allowed to remain on the site. <br /> On P4ay 20, 1975, I mailed a notice of a IIci.lding Officials 13earing <br /> to t9r.
